Description
The Program Manager will provide senior-level leadership and oversight for cybersecurity services supporting the State of Maryland Department of General Services. The role manages cybersecurity programs, governance, risk management, compliance, secure system design, vulnerability management, security operations, operational defense, staffing, project delivery, and stakeholder communications. It requires at least five years of cybersecurity or technology program management experience, including project development and staff augmentation, along with knowledge of Agile, software development, staffing, and government or private-industry environments.
