Description
The Program Manager will oversee customer programs containing multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, risks, and performance. The role includes developing project plans, reporting to management and customers, negotiating resources, coordinating vendors, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement and corrective actions. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 5 years of related experience; 7 years and extensive program and project management experience are preferred. The role may require travel of up to 20% and involves liquid-cooled rack systems, HVAC, heat exchangers, chillers, and piping projects.
