Foxhole Technology is hiring a Program Manager for a hybrid role supporting a large-scale enterprise IT services program for federal civilian and defense agencies. The role serves as the primary contractor point of contact and provides strategic leadership over a multidisciplinary team handling cybersecurity, system lifecycle management, cloud and on-premises information management, data center operations, network infrastructure, telecommunications, software and hardware management, software development, data science and engineering, service desk operations, and end-user support. The position requires an active Secret clearance, a PMP or PgMP certification, and extensive experience leading complex IT service delivery environments, with a pay range of $180,000 to $220,000 in Illinois and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
