Description
Sunbit is hiring a Program Manager – Decisioning (Credit Risk) to own and evolve its risk decisioning products and transition product-specific underwriting silos into a generic, high-velocity decisioning engine. The role partners with business owners, machine learning and engineering leads, compliance, legal, and operations teams to manage credit underwriting, risk decisioning platforms, lifecycle risk management, project dependencies, and real-time policy and model orchestration. Responsibilities include full product-lifecycle delivery, experimentation, performance monitoring, and balancing approval rates, loss, revenue, and customer experience. The position requires at least four years of program management experience, significant ownership of complex data-driven platform infrastructure, and strong credit-risk, analytical, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
