Munro Defense is hiring an on-site Program Manager – Defense in Auburn Hills, Michigan, to oversee multiple defense programs from inception through completion. The role manages technical requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, client and government stakeholder engagement, cross-functional teams, resource allocation, compliance, and process improvements. Candidates should have at least five years of defense program management experience, a strong engineering or manufacturing background, defense contract and DoD acquisition knowledge, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a security clearance; a bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management, or a related technical field is preferred.
