Grab is hiring a Developer Education Specialist for its Tech Learning team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role owns technical documentation for internal platforms, including API documentation, developer guides, tutorials, and knowledge-base articles; sets documentation standards; coordinates content across engineering, product, and platform teams; manages the documentation lifecycle; develops templates and processes; partners with proficiency and onboarding workstreams; and mentors junior contributors. The position requires at least 8 years of experience in technical writing, developer education, technical program management, or a related field, along with strong documentation, Markdown, HTML, Git, and cross-functional coordination skills.
