Description
The role serves as the primary interface with DHS OCIO COR, HSIN program leadership, and government stakeholders while managing contract performance across project, product, stakeholder, communications, training, governance, change, transition, and reporting workstreams. Responsibilities include maintaining project management materials, managing risks and issues, ensuring compliance with DHS standards and security requirements, and supporting onboarding, transition, staffing continuity, security processing, and knowledge transfer. The position requires at least 10 years of federal IT, stakeholder engagement, product management, communications, or change management experience, PMP certification, cross-functional contractor management experience, DHS or OCIO experience, and direct HSIN product experience.
