Description

Bolagsverket is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale program creating a national digital service for coordinated register checks in procurement. The role covers program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, legal-to-business-and-IT translation, roadmap and resource planning, financial follow-up, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication. It is based in Sundsvall with up to 80% remote work when feasible, runs from December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, and may be extended until November 30, 2028.

Required Previous Experiences: Leading and coordinating large-scale programs from exploratory phase through implementation
Establishing and leading cross-functional collaborations across IT, architecture, legal, business development, and finance
Interpreting legislation and translating it into business and IT development
Structuring and visualizing complex relationships through roadmaps, delivery plans, and skills and resource planning
Preparing investigation and decision-making materials and working with financial follow-up
Change management
Clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including private and public sector stakeholders
