Description
The Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of digitalization programs across the Middle East, covering digital transformation, connected operations, industrial software, data analytics, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and system integration. The role owns program governance, risk, financial performance, customer escalation, adoption, cross-functional delivery, and regional program management best practices, while partnering with sales, customer success, engineering, product, services, and partner organizations. It requires 10–15 years of relevant experience, complex multi-country program management, strong digital and commercial capabilities, and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
