Description
The Program Manager will supervise and direct service delivery staff, volunteers, and interns while coordinating workforce development programs for opportunity youth and unemployed or underemployed residents in South Los Angeles. The role oversees participant recruitment, enrollment, education and training, case management, data entry in CalJOBS, Salesforce, and other systems, performance reporting, grant and audit compliance, customer service, and relationships with community partners. It requires substantial workforce development and program management experience, with an AA degree or BSW preferred, and reports to the office five days per week.
