AAMVA is hiring a Program Manager, Electronic Titling Industry & Stakeholder Engagement to serve as the primary external-facing representative for its Electronic Titling program. The role manages strategic relationships with vehicle dealer associations, finance and lending associations, OEMs, auction houses, federal agencies, data providers, and technology vendors; develops external stakeholder strategy; represents AAMVA at industry events; translates stakeholder input into program recommendations; and manages engagement budgets and travel. The position requires a four-year degree or equivalent professional experience, at least 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years in external relations, stakeholder engagement, or program management, and extensive experience with industry associations, public speaking, communication, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. The salary range is $127,296 to $185,094 annually.
