AWS is hiring a Program Manager to own and improve its Early Career Talent program across internship, hiring, residency, and field progression initiatives. The role involves designing scalable mechanisms, dashboards, playbooks, and feedback loops; driving continuous improvement; and collaborating with Solutions Architecture, HR, Recruiting, workforce planning, and regional stakeholders. Candidates need at least two years of program or project management experience, experience delivering end-to-end program outcomes, data-driven improvement experience, and fluency in Japanese and English.
