Canva is hiring a Program Manager, Education Content for a 24-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports Education Content Leads with budgeting, workforce planning, goal setting, reporting, and performance tracking; coordinates content initiatives across partnerships, AI-generated content, creator content, and vendors; manages internal communications and distributed-team processes; and drives AI and automation adoption. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in program or project management, content operations, content production, chief of staff, or similar cross-functional coordination roles, along with expertise in AI and technology, senior-leader support, global-team processes, and strong communication and prioritisation skills.
