Description
The Program Controls Analyst will support Xcel Energy’s Gas Transmission Project Management and Construction Management teams by aggregating vendor financial and schedule data, building scorecards and variance reports, tracking performance across 150+ annual projects, and reporting portfolio progress to executive leadership. The role requires advanced Excel, data analysis, project tracking, SAP familiarity, and strong communication, with 5–10 years of experience in project controls, financial analysis, construction, or utilities.
