Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Enterprise AI Adoption and Change Management Lead in Austin, Texas, to own the company-wide AI literacy and adoption program. The role will define multi-year curriculum and execution plans, measure usage and proficiency, deliver executive workshops, build an AI Champion Network, manage adoption barriers, partner on responsible-AI governance, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires enterprise-scale program and change-management experience, executive learning experience, familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and experience with AI governance or ambassador networks. The salary range is $96,000 to $132,000, with 20% travel and relocation eligibility.
