CIEE is hiring a Program Manager in Tallinn, Estonia, to launch and manage two scholarship programs: the U.S.-Baltic Bridge Fellowship and the Global Innovators Academy. The role manages prospective participants from inquiry through enrollment and visa preparation, advises applicants, coordinates with U.S. operations, and develops partnerships with schools, universities, employers, government agencies, and other organizations. It also supports recruitment campaigns, program development, participant feedback, and local market growth. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, approximately five years of relevant experience, consultative sales and relationship-management skills, CRM experience, and occasional travel.
