Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its European Product Insurance Business Operations team in Munich. The role manages relationships with third-party insurance partners and internal stakeholders, oversees program lifecycles and projects that improve customer experience, identifies operational gaps, resolves customer-impacting issues, and develops metrics and standardized processes. It requires advanced Excel, SQL, cross-functional experience, program or project management experience, and experience with process implementation and automation.
