French Consulting is hiring a full-time Program Manager for Europe in Wiesbaden, Germany, with a start date of October 2026. The role supports family advocacy, human performance optimization, augmented lab services, patient liaison, and home visitor programs; provides clinical administrative supervision and training; coordinates referrals and ECOPS applications; assesses psychosocial needs; and independently provides counseling or psychotherapy. Candidates must have a recognized BSN, MSW, or MFT degree, an active unrestricted license, and at least five years of direct experience in child abuse prevention, family and children’s services, dysfunctional couples, or related areas. The position is eligible for NATO SOFA supplemental agreement support.
