Description
The Program Manager, Evaluation manages a portfolio of evaluation studies assessing the impact of programs and services on patient health outcomes and disparities. The role designs and oversees evaluations, including theory of change and logic models, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, quality assurance, reporting, and dissemination to staff, stakeholders, and funders. It also supports program improvement, publication, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with program leadership and subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced graduate coursework, and experience with program evaluation, public health frameworks, qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, human subjects research, and electronic health record systems.
