Description
This individual-contributor role on Meta's Executive Development team owns the delivery, execution, operations, and continuous improvement of senior-leader development programs. Responsibilities include participant-facing program management, in-person and virtual event logistics, materials production, cohort recruitment, data capture and reporting, project management, vendor and contingent-worker management, communications, and applying AI to automate workflows. The role requires at least six years of business or learning-solutions experience, four years of end-to-end program or project management experience, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex executive-level programs and events.
