Description
This individual-contributor role on Meta's Executive Development team will own the portfolio and prioritization system, serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP, and manage the planning, design, delivery, faculty, measurement, and launch of executive learning experiences. The role also develops AI-enabled learning experiences, manages capacity and risk, and builds relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. It requires at least eight years of experience developing and executing business or learning solutions, strategic planning, portfolio management, executive communications, measurement, program launches, and AI application.
