KLU is hiring a Program Manager for its Executive Education team to lead end-to-end design, delivery, and scaling of customized and open-enrollment executive education programs. The role combines program operations, client advisory, proposal support, budget and CRM management, and continuous improvement, with travel to seminar locations and hybrid work options. It requires 3–5 years of project or program management experience, stakeholder and client-facing skills, English fluency, and occasional travel; the position is full-time in Hamburg HafenCity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
