The role oversees a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians; manages project P&L, customer relationships, contract negotiations, process creation, and project execution; and provides leadership and coaching to project managers. The position requires PMP certification, a strong power-industry engineering background, and 12+ years of experience, with Chattanooga or Knoxville as work locations.
