MongoDB is hiring a Program Manager for its Finance PMO & Enablement team to own end-to-end delivery of small-to-medium Finance transformation programs. The role manages program plans, governance, cross-functional workstreams, requirements, testing, adoption, stakeholder alignment, and PMO portfolio data. It requires a bachelor's degree, 4–6 years of program or project management experience in a Finance, Operations, or Technology environment, and is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model. Preferred qualifications include a Finance or Accounting background, PMP certification, Agile or Lean Six Sigma experience, and experience with Finance ERP or SaaS implementations.
