Alarm.com is hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate finance systems initiatives across ERP, billing, procurement, and related operational platforms. The individual contributor will manage timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, governance, stakeholder coordination, vendor relationships, documentation, process improvement, and change management for cross-functional finance systems programs. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant program, project, business operations, or enterprise systems experience and offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 USD. Employees work from the office four days per week, and visa sponsorship is not available.
