ACT1 Federal is hiring a Program Manager in Dahlgren, Virginia for a full-time, on-site, day-shift contingent position contingent upon contract award. The role leads contract execution, personnel management, customer engagement, mission delivery, workforce planning, program controls, Earned Value Management, financial and budget execution, risk management, and executive briefings for Department of Defense programs. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of program or project management experience, at least 5 years supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense programs, an active Secret security clearance, and experience managing complex professional services contracts. The salary range is $155,000 to $220,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
