Forma is hiring a Program Manager, Financial Operations to own the operational backbone of member funds moving through its benefits platform, including pre-tax contributions, investments, pre- and post-tax card programs, and tax documentation. The role manages financial infrastructure vendors, resolves fund-flow and card-operation escalations, partners with banking operations and engineering, leads technical project management for integrations and operational improvements, and provides member-level data and analysis.
