Description
Berenschot is hiring a Program Manager for Area Development in Utrecht to advise government bodies and civil-society organizations on housing, mobility, climate adaptation, and spatial development. The role develops visions, policies, implementation strategies, and project solutions; guides teams and clients; and helps win high-profile assignments. It requires a relevant university degree, at least eight years of experience in housing, mobility, or spatial development, program management or policy research experience, a public-sector network, and strong analytical, communication, business development, and project-delivery skills. The position is 0.8–1 FTE, hybrid, and offers a one-year contract with an intention of permanent employment after one year.
