AMHC is hiring a Program Manager of Children’s Case Management to provide administrative, operational, and managerial leadership for children’s community case management services across Aroostook, Hancock, or Washington County. The role oversees program operations, workforce planning, staff supervision and development, quality and compliance, performance monitoring, service development, and community collaboration, while coordinating with clinical, outpatient, and multidisciplinary teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services field, at least five years of behavioral health or case management experience, and one to two years of supervisory or program management experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with regular travel and a salary of $58,827 to $73,533.
