Description
Voyager Technologies is hiring a Program Manager for Strategic Systems to lead and execute a portfolio of 3–10 projects involving solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives. The role reports to the General Manager of Voyager Energetics, is based in Pueblo and Penrose, Colorado, and is onsite or hybrid for highly qualified candidates. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating internal teams and government agencies, managing budgets and scope changes, and communicating with clients. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or management, 10 years of project or supply chain management and operations experience, defense or government project experience, contract negotiation experience, and project management software experience. The base salary range is $170,000–$200,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
