Citi is hiring a Markets Program Manager for its Markets Program Execution & Transformation Team. The role leads multiple regulatory and transformation projects across trading, risk, finance, technology, and other functions; manages stakeholders, risks, dependencies, workstream plans, and change initiatives; and directs team members and contractors. Candidates need strong front-to-back project management experience, Markets product and risk knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and at least seven years of relevant experience.
