The role translates technical strategy into executable roadmaps, manages dependencies and risks, establishes program governance, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and supports compute infrastructure planning. It requires at least two years of program or project management experience, familiarity with AI/ML and agile practices, and strong communication and influence skills. The position is based in the Boston, Massachusetts office, with relocation possible, and offers a U.S. base salary of $125,000 to $175,000 plus equity and benefits.
