Partners for Rural Impact is hiring a full-time Program Manager to provide operational leadership for a Full-Service Community Schools grant serving Middlesboro, Pineville, and Harlan Independent Schools. Reporting to the Project Director, the role manages grant implementation, staff supervision, compliance, financial stewardship, data and performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and partnerships with schools and community stakeholders. The position is onsite at Pineville Independent, follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule, requires regular regional travel, and is a 12-month year-round role.
