The gBETA Gulf Coast Program Manager will lead recruitment, selection, logistics, operations, founder coaching, stakeholder relationships, and metrics for two annual accelerator programs in Mobile, Alabama. The role serves as the local face of gener8tor, connects startups with mentors, investors, customers, and ecosystem partners, supports alumni, and represents the startup community at regional events. The position is in-person, requires residence in or relocation to Mobile, and offers a salary of $60,000-$70,000.
