The Program Manager, Global Learning Academies will bring structure and operational excellence to Lam's learning academy programs, initially focusing on Leap Technical Academy. The role manages academy operations, schedules, communications, enrollment, logistics, delivery support, program tracking, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement using data and feedback. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 6 to 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, workforce development, program management, learning operations, or a related field. The position offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models.
