Description
The Program Manager supports Molina functional areas by managing program controls, policies, workflows, budgets, governance frameworks, playbooks, and best practices. The role coordinates governance meetings, supports portfolio and change management, tracks performance metrics, creates requirements and test documentation, and generates reports. It requires at least four years of program or project management experience, operational process improvement experience, managed-care experience, Microsoft Project and Visio experience, and strong communication skills.
