OpenAI is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate its Government Trusted Access portfolio across high-trust domains such as cyber and biology. The role manages the end-to-end operating rhythm from participant intake through qualification, review, approval, onboarding, activation, support, renewal, and offboarding; maintains portfolio visibility; coordinates cross-functional reviews; improves program health; and converts manual work into scalable workflows, documentation, training, automation, and tooling. The position is based in Washington, DC, uses a hybrid model with three office days per week, and offers relocation assistance.
