Description
This contract role at Scale owns end-to-end growth recruiting operations, including top-of-funnel recruiting campaigns, applications processing, hiring, onboarding, reporting, analytics, and data integrity. The position requires strong experience with Greenhouse as a site admin, G Suite analytics tools, and growth/recruiting funnels, with close collaboration across stakeholders and occasional travel for onsite growth events from the San Francisco office. The role emphasizes process improvement, operational excellence, and strong communication, with nice-to-have skills including SQL, startup experience, and familiarity with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, and Gem.
