Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its GSF Last Mile team to lead operational process-improvement projects across Amazon Fresh, Sub Same Day, and Amazon Now. The role focuses on quality, cost, and delivery performance; upstream and OOR defect reduction; new product initiatives; cost-saving projects; automation; and defining metrics and milestones. Responsibilities include analyzing operational metrics, executing strategic plans, leading national projects, simplifying workflows, and collaborating with technology and business stakeholders. The position requires at least three years of program or project management, cross-functional, process-improvement, and data-driven experience, along with a bachelor's degree and advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.
