Tin Can is hiring a Hardware Program Manager to own end-to-end program management for physical hardware products, from early concept through mass production and customer delivery. The role coordinates design, software, firmware, electrical, mechanical, legal, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and fulfillment workstreams; maintains master timelines; identifies risks and dependencies; manages packaging development; and communicates status and tradeoffs across teams. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience with hands-on hardware or electrical/consumer-appliance product experience.
