Description
The Program Manager will organize and manage complex hardware development programs from prototypes through New Product Introduction, coordinating engineering, operations, procurement, suppliers, and external partners. The role manages ASIC and hardware development schedules, supplier commitments, contracts, component delivery, distribution plans, risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting, while independently resolving issues and driving execution. It requires a B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Engineering, Physics, or a related field and at least 15 years of program management experience in ASIC, IC, hardware, or technology development.
