Description
The Program Manager – HIV Navigation & Testing will plan, implement, and oversee HIV community navigation, testing, PrEP/PEP education, care linkage, and client support services. The role manages program budgets and performance, supervises navigators and assistants, builds community and public health partnerships, oversees data and quality improvement, and coordinates with healthcare providers and clinics. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of HIV, public health, or community-based experience, and a combination of office, community, and field-based work with county travel and occasional evening or weekend availability.
