Description
The Manager – Housing Programs oversees a housing-first program serving Trueblood and forensic populations, coordinating housing teams, landlords, community partners, referrals, placements, and consumer support. The role supervises and coaches staff, maintains compliance and documentation, supports program development and hiring, manages a small caseload, and handles program purchasing and reporting. It requires at least two years of supervisory experience, five years of social-service experience involving mental illness, medically fragile, or chemical dependency, a bachelor’s degree, and annual agency-affiliated counselor registration.
