Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Program Manager for HPE Networking to lead high-impact, large-scale programs and portfolios supporting Project Forge, a client-management sales transformation initiative across Juniper and Aruba networking services. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages risks and interdependencies, drives governance and change adoption, provides financial forecasts, and mentors project managers. It is a hybrid position requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office, with a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of program or project management experience in complex, multi-business environments. The United States base salary range is USD 119,500–275,000 in Texas and USD 135,500–275,000 in California.
