ISN is hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead the management, administration, and execution of a federal credential issuance and maintenance program supporting HSPD-12 requirements. The role serves as the primary government stakeholder interface, oversees credential lifecycle operations, manages contract performance and dispersed teams, ensures compliance with federal security and identity-management requirements, and leads program reviews and continuous improvement efforts. The position requires at least seven years of federal program or project management experience, five years of credentialing or related security program experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or higher.
