Description
mpathic is hiring a full-time Program Manager, Human Data Operations to lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI safety, evaluation, human data, annotation, quality assurance, and red teaming programs for AI companies. The role owns project execution, staffing, quality, reporting, customer relationships, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across Human Data, QA, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, Research, and Customer Success teams. The position starts as a hands-on delivery lead and may evolve into a broader program management role as the team grows. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000, and the role requires at least five years of relevant program management, operations, or delivery experience.
