Description
The role leads NPI projects for Eaton’s Valves business product line, managing integrated product teams and end-to-end new-product programs from business case through launch. Responsibilities include market sizing, portfolio enhancement, gate reviews, lifecycle financials, project planning and budgets, cross-functional coordination with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and other departments, and corrective action. The posting requires a BE Mechanical degree, 8+ years of project-management experience, valve-business knowledge, and familiarity with PROLaunch and PROPM.
