Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Program Manager I to manage Engineering R&D, OpEx, and Continuous Improvement projects at its Juarez, Mexico facility. The role oversees project planning, execution, requirements changes, risk mitigation, issue tracking, budgets, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and PROLaunch process implementation, while also leading site self-assessments and serving as the site ProLaunch champion. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience leading programs or projects for engineering or manufacturing teams; seven years of program management experience and PMP certification are preferred.
