The Program Manager I will lead electrical-sector Americas business growth and plant-support programs for end-to-end developments and successful launches in end markets. The role partners with global cross-functional, PLM, and engineering teams; develops business cases, project plans, budgets, risk and issue plans, resource and communication strategies, and program management tools; and leads project reviews and stakeholder decision-making. The posting requires a B.E., B.Tech., or M.Tech. degree and 10+ years of experience, with project management, proposal, scoping, risk, and product-development skills listed.
