ICON Build is hiring a Program Manager to support the assessment and improvement of architecture and construction delivery workflows. The role will standardize processes and SOPs, maintain the company playbook, embed with project teams across delivery phases, track BuildOS adoption, and coordinate print operations and documentation handoffs. Candidates should have 5–10 years of architecture, design-build, or AEC experience, fluency with construction technology and digital tools, strong visual communication skills, and familiarity with project documentation and construction management platforms.
